In my 22 years of experience, I have learned that:
clients simply want to feel better, become more relaxed, be rid of areas of pain or numbness, improve their posture, flexibility or range of motion.
And they realize that all of these points contribute to holistic health and that when any of these is less than optimal, the impact is on many "dimensions of their health"*. Conversely, when these aspects are optimal, they thrive in multiple dimensions of their health as they realize they are all intertwined.

For this reason, I have found that integrating techniques which aim to provide the outcome you seek is the best way to create a therapeutic session.

is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Treat your beautiful fur baby to a relaxing massage. Massage provides many benefits to our canine companions. For the sports enthusiasts, it works out soreness and increases joint efficiency along with increasing circulation and overall euphoria. For our seniors, massage reduces inflammation associated with arthritis and increases more normal range of motion. It lubricates drying muscle fibers and assists with relaxation. Working for 20+ years with my two rescues, I have had the pleasure of calming the intensity of my border collie even as a puppy.
My golden retriever received massage throughout her life stages. Working with her veterinarian, I was able to apply massage instead of muscle relaxants for a partially slipped disk. She recovered within 2 days, which was the quickest her vet expressed she had ever seen a disk recovery. I just can't speak high enough of the benefits of massage for our canine companions.
